"Very convenient location. Nice hotel internally in the lobby. The hotel room is basic, just a bathroom with a shower and a bed with TV. The bed is a small double but an upgrade in quality wouldn't go a miss - the same with the pillows. The view from the first floor window isn't great. Though I did get the cheapest double bed room and for one night, it was fine. I had the cooked breakfast and that was good. Lots of choice. 9am, it was busy. There was a queue. "Stayed here on a overnight layover, My family and I fell in love with this hotel and it's staff. Dafni, Front desk Manager was outstanding. There was a slight maintenance issue with our room, she let us know before we ran into further issues. Allowed us to change rooms, and ensured our stay was the most comfortable and enjoyable. Her follow up and passion for great customer service goes above and beyond. I would hope that she is recognized for her commitment and dedication. "
