Customer service is great and the staff do their best to accommodate. We had a 4 year old and a 9 month old and they put an extra bed in the room for us. I highly recommend the excursion to Nose Iranja, not only will you see a beautiful beach but you’ll also get a fantastic seafood lunch arranged by the hotel. Fabrice saved us as we were struggling to communicate with the staff in French. He checked on us regularly and helped us with special arrangements that we needed. The hotel offers several entertainment activities including aquatics, dancing, and fire show at night. Highly recommend this place especially for families."
