"There was too lound noise from the drill early in the morning around 7.30am. It's unacceptable to have that noise in morning. The staff didnt help to bring the bags to storage room and storage room was unlock. "

"Overall the stay was good, great views and the room layout was flexible for 3 people. However I felt it was quite poor to have bars of soap with no area to have it sit on both the bathroom and kitchen. A hand soap pump would have been a lot better. Also has a sachet of dishwashing liquid and 1 toilet roll - this felt very cheap. "

"Amazing room, spacious, clean and everything supplied for a great stay. Reception was amazing and very helpful. Only downside is the area around the hotel is a massive construction zone. Being woken up by tradesmen at 6:30 in the morning is not ideal, however you can’t blame the hotel or its staff for that. Overall an amazing stay and would definitely recommend."

"Nice room with comfortable bed. Bathroom was a little disappointing with mould in the shower. The instructions where parking was good although the entry to reception through the carpark could be better signposted."

"The location is good in the heart of city. The entrance is shared with restaurant and the reception counter are not impressive at all (looks like laundry counter). Staff is not friendly. The apartment is an old renovated building. The corridor and room has a bad smell. The bed is comfy but the room itself and carpet are not clean. You can see ducts on furniture, telephone, etc. at living room. The chairs are also dirty; don't want to sit down on them. The bath room is even worse; broken tile,...

"Two twin bed were adjoined to make one large bed which I thought was a little inconvenient for me and late check out after 11 wasn’t offered. "
