I am yet to come across a hotel where the staff are so welcoming, warm, friendly and helpful than this place. Spoiler alert - the awesome food will leave you overeating. I would like to especially mention Emika, Juliana & Abhishek who made our stay extremely memorable."

"Horrific experience. My entire trip was ruined because of one night's stay at Woodstock. There is no hot water here and the water is incredibly dirty, I fell sick the next day and was sick for my entire trip after this horrible hotel. Absolute garbage in every way, which is consistent with all Polo Tower properties. Terrible company and terrible location. Disgraceful Service in every way. "
