"The worest stay ever Very bad food alldqy long my booking was all inclusive but bar for full two days was empty only one king of beer available and not always had to cancel the booking and book again cause they don’t have visa card machine and had to py more extra 70$ then original booking room was not cleaned for two days bed sheets were already dirty when i artived and was jot changed for two days only one remote control for ac to serve whole floor so they adjust it once and i can do nothing...

"Après un accueil médiocre, le propriétaire a commencé par nous faire visiter sa maison et les services liés, puis nous a remis les clés de la "suite", une vulgaire pièce semi enterrée avec une tomette sentant très mauvais, un ménage inexistant, une salle de bain sale et sans lumière, et la chambre pas faite, en nous remettant en mains propres des draps "neufs" non lavés! Un diner bio, bon mais simple sur une nappe souillée depuis au moins une semaine par d'autres repas servis nous a été facturé,...

"The breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms themselves werent bad at all. The staff however, extremely incompetent, very slow to do things and very unwilling to help out. We'd sent an email detailing our arrival time and requesting an early check in, to which theyd agreed 2 months in advance. When we arrived however, they told us they had no rooms available and that we were going to have to wait. Took ages until the manager got involved and then it sorted out. All the hotels facilities close...

"An amazing hotel that we all loved! Beautiful rooms, pools and beach area, delicious food every morning and evening in the buffet, quite near the town in a seven minute taxi ride or about an hour away on foot. We received great service from all staff members. We would gladly return! "
