"Staff was wonderful. Hotel provided slippers, robes and free cocktail. Lively atmosphere, cosy rooms, clean. Valet parking was excellent. Would definitely stay there again."

"Overall it was good hotel. It was near a lot of places to eat and sight see in the Copley Plaza area. The property itself, there was no room service, no coffee machine in the room and bellman service. I respect the hotel history and landmark just wish it was a bit modernized having at least one of these services. "

"Staff are always pleasant and asking if they can help you. Always greeted with a hello or good bye. In walking distance to Aquarium, Boston Commons, Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall, Freedom Trail. Great places to eat in the area and the Pub right next door was an added bonus. The water bottles and filtered water on every floor is a nice touch. "LOVED the location, comfort, staff! The room was clean and warm (perfect for the winter), the staff were helpful and friendly (esp. Kendall and Edward) - quick to suggest GREAT restaurants and knowledgeable about local history. If I ever make it back to Boston I'll be sure to book here! THANKS y'all for a great stay!"
