"The Belfry is nice, a bit of a construction site but that didn't get in the way. Food, drinks and staff was great!! When I had a noise problem in my room it was dealt with and I even got a discount of 20% as I didn't sleep much. The pool was ok although looking old, I plan to come back when the new wellness centre is completed. The DJ was great, it as a fun stay. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. There's plenty of parking and electric chargers. "

"Really nice nights stay at this hotel. Rooms were nice, bed was very comfortable. Hotel bar was well stocked, although a bit pricey. Breakfast was amazing. There were no towels at the pool so had to use the ones from the room, but this wasn't an issue."

"Great historic building, rooms very comfy. Had an issue when we first arrived that was quickly and efficiently dealt with. Enjoyed the spa and the food in the bar was very tasty and hot. "

"Excellent location for NEC.Comfortable, spacious room, plenty of storage, large bathroom. Evening menu had plenty of choice, staff were friendly and food was very good but service was really slow: 45 minute wait for main course alone. Would stay again though. Worth noting that hotel is in area with low speed limits and lots of average speed cameras ! "

"Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Only one person on the reception desk who was on the phone so had to wait a while to check in. Was told it was room only despite my insistence that breakfast was included. Eventually she found the booking and agreed that breakfast was included By this time, there were several couples waiting to check in. Our room was in a separate annexe which was lovely but unfortunately the walls between the rooms were very thin. We had several people trying our door....
