Some days they showed up in the morning, sometimes they showed up late afternoon. Made it difficult to plan our day. 2 out of the 5 nights we were there, housekeeping came late and we asked them to come back in 15min. They seemed annoyed because they wanted to go home. "I LOVED our stay here! The hotel is across the street from the beach and is within walking distance of shopping areas, eateries and casinos. I loved that there was a pool right outside our room that we could walk to easily from our room, and I really liked that the hotel gave us complimentary beach chairs & towels to take in the sunny beach from. They also provided food coupons so we got yummy food at nearby restaurants at reduced costs. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Great location offering stunning views of Grace Bay and easy beach access. We enjoyed using the resort bikes and the afternoon sailing on the Lady Grace. Restaurants were on the pricey side but overall quality of the food was very good. Outdoor bar was a nice place to hangout. Had an interesting cocktail list."

"Hotel is in a good location great rooms and well cleaned daily - aircon is a large old unit which was quite noisy but worked! Staff were good. Lovely pool and pool area - though they played the same angst indie music quite loud on a loop all day! Beach staff were great - very helpful. Set in lovely gardens a few minutes from the beach with shops and restaurants on our doorstep. "
