Hotel fica a 18 minutos de caminhada da estação, portanto se você estiver com pouca bagagem é possível ir caminhando. O café da manhã tem ótimas opções, com pães, frios, suco, frutas. Quarto novo, confortável e limpo. Com certeza ficaria no Hotel novamente."

"We visited our daughter who is studying abroad. This was a great location just minutes from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. We walked everywhere. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive. Any time of day they responded to a text message within minutes!! Would highly recommend staying here!! "

Communication was consistent and the instructions were very easy to follow for check-in and finding the place. Any issues we may have had were taken care of immediately by the hosts.
