"They Need a Security Guard ASAP : on my first night , i had a HORRIBLE encounter , i was getting put of my room and some random Dude aproach me asking we ( who was she with ?) he was knoking on some empty room , then he grab me hard by the arm and pushed me towards him asking me millions of questions i had to yell in the top of my lungs for him to let me go , finally i go down and tell the lobby employee and they were so numb about it , too slow to re act finally they call the cops and Arrested...

"Fue una estancia muy linda el personal del hotel es muy atento sobre todo los de las actividades y animadores, el cuarto es lindo aunque falta un poco de mantenimiento por una gotera y un poco de oxido en el jacuzzi, el hotel tiene un ambiente tranquilo y lo recomiendo mucho para viajes en familia , el transporte siempre es un problema en cancun pero fuera de eso es una excelente opcion "

"Der Check in, als auch der check out verlaufen eigentlich ohne Probleme selbstständig. Man muss sich lediglich beim Check in ein Bändchen holen. Die Kommunikation gestaltet sich jedoch etwas schwierig, da das Personal kaum bis gar kein Englisch sprechen. Deshalb muss man sich versuchen mit Hand und Fuß zu verständigen, was uns gut gelungen ist. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön und der Pool auf dem Dach bietet eine schöne Aussicht, als auch eine gute Abkühlung bei hohen Temperaturen. "
