"Ein tolles Hotel, relativ neu, sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, gutes Essen beim All inclusives. Das Hotel ist aber für Nichtraucher nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Es stehen zwar überall Rauchverbotsschilder, das wird aber ignoriert und überall geraucht. Ist man aus Deutschland so nicht mehr gewohnt und hat den sehr positiven Gesamteindruck leider gestört."

"We thourougly enjoyed our stay La Pirogue Mauritius. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The beach in front was amazing. Open buffet offered a selection of local and international dishes, and were freshly prepared and tasty. Overall, if we ever go back to Mauritius, staying here again has a high possibility. "Concierge & check in was fabulous & as we were earlier we were able to use the facilities & our AI benefits immediately. Our room was lovely, a deluxe sea view. We looked over the croquet lawn & the beach. It was quiet & the bed was very comfortable. The first day we didn’t find it easy getting a drink. There was a private function going on. Although there are many sun beds people do reserve them with towels. There were some available round the adults only pool but not round the main pool....
