"Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. "

"What a gem of a find. I think we ended up with the best room. From the start we had multiple kookaburras interested in being fed from the balcony and were not shy to come up close. The room was just enough for us to be comfortable and the spa was a lovely luxury. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would gladly return. "

Think breathtaking views (literally people jostling for space down the road to look at the same view for sunset), thoughtfully designed cabins and special touches like a welcome basket with bacon and eggs, orange juice and other goodies. The cabin has been lovingly maintained and has everything needed for an amazing stay. Even has double glazed windows, wood for the fireplace. Balcony is very private, but has breathtaking views. "Cleanliness "

"Wallaby Ridge Retreat was a beautiful serene spot overlooking the valley, with a spa, pool and peace and quiet. A few of the wallabies were roaming around. Dan the manager was very helpful on hand for anything you needed. The little town of Canungra is close by with coffee shops etc. I would definitely recommend this lovely place. Thanks Dan for a lovely stay. "
