"Great overall service. Clean and unique surroundings. Do not make the mistake I did and park in the proper areas. Otherwise it's a $40.00 fine. Staff attempted to contact them and get the fine waived but it was enforced. I appreciate the staff even attempting to help. Cory the doorman was great and knowledgeable telling me all the good places to go and visit during my stay. Will be back. "

"We stayed one night here for a quick trip to the Chattanooga Aquarium, the room was perfect size for my husband, myself, our grown daughter and two small grandchildren. Having a full kitchen was nice! Would definitely stay here again"

"It was a great 1st walk in experience. It is one of the nicest places we have stayed and had splurged a little due to it being our honeymoon. That being said, we stayed for a week and the longer we stayed the services declined. We went from top notch services to holed towels to no room service at all. Restaurant in hotel way over priced and expensive. Security is great and a plus. Wasn’t expecting the daily parking fees. "It’s our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint! So much to see and do in the area. Hotel was super clean and we loved all the space. Only issue was wifi doesn’t work great. "
