"The front desk staff. Now, I’m not talking about all staff, as many of the golf cart drivers we became chatty and friendly with, but the front desk staff in particular made us feel as though they were doing us a favor by simply asking basic questions like “could you call us a taxi?” or “I’d like to ask if there is availability for a late check out or to add an additional night”. "A very warm welcome with cool towels and a popsicle. Rooms are stocked with 2 espresso pods each day which was appreciated. Air con in room never went below 23 degrees which was disappointing. Main pool is very nice, with plenty of cabanas, lounge beds, chairs, and an outdoor shower. Pool side service could use some work; staff does not come by to take orders. Gym is good with nicely appointed equipment. Breakfast spread is very nice but not enough bug fans to go around. "

"Eine extrem gepflegte Anlage mit unglaublich großzügigen und außergewöhnlichen Zimmern, die alle zum Meer gehen.
Das Personal im Restaurant ist stets gut gelaunt, sehr freundlich, hat immer ein Lächeln und ist sehr aufmerksam.
Selten habe ich mich in einer Unterkunft so wohl gefühlt, dass ich mich total entspannen und genießen konnte.
Ich hoffe, dass ich bald wieder zurückkehren kann."

"Haben bungalow ewigs nicht gefunden, da nicht angeschrieben. Angestellte war sehr unfreundlich ohne hallo zu sagen meinte si: voucher! Das zimmer stinkte u preis-leistung. stimmt leider nicht. Baustelle neben an und bett unbequem"

"Domaine Orangerie was so incredibly charming! We espceially liked the buggy rides and the gong upon arrival, Shaji the gong man was so sweet and this set the tone for the whole trip. Thank you al! "
