"Foi apenas 1 dia. Gostei do hotel, do quarto e do atendimento. Mas nao gostei da limpeza das louças pq os copos estavam sujos de batom e isso não é admissível, ainda mais em tempo de coronavirus que temos que ter bastante atencao com a higiene."

"Unfortunately, a bad experience. Our hotel room was in an unacceptable condition. Various issues including the closet doors, poor AC, drawers coming off, etc, etc. I was told that the hotel was going through remodeling. They offered a refund which they never did after two months of following up with them. Enough said. : ("
