"My only hesitation in leaving a glowing review is that others will find and swarm it. This is the most goegeous, considerate, warm, inviting, concenient hotel I could have found. I felt I was in a fairy tale staying here! They even pre-lit beautiful candles just before we entered the room, and delivered breakfast personally in the morning. I will stay here any time I go back to Cuzco! "

"This property is beautiful. It’s just a few blocks from the plaza. Best of all, the staff were incredible. My son broke his glasses while on the trip and the receptionist walked with us to the optometrist. We couldn’t find someone to fix them but she went from one store to the next until we found someone. She went above and beyond to help us. Both Vanessa and Joshua went above and beyond for us. They are so kind and hospitable "
