"Superbly comfortable beds with soft & firm pillows. Well refurbished & great location for nearby resorts. Good value. Listed as having airconditioning but this gave no cooling. When we enquired we were told that they don't have airconditioning, just air cooling - i.e. just like a fan. Buffet breakfast could be better. No mushrooms or fried eggs and the bacon & sausages seemed to be economy standard and the scrambled egg seemed like powdered egg."

"Couldn't have asked for more for a short stay in Margate. 2 mins walk to the beach and very close to the centre and main amenities. Very dog friendly which is a plus, but still exceptionally clean. Room facilities excellent - lots of towels, very comfy bed, toiletries and plenty of tea & coffee. Jim is an exceptional host; the best we have ever had; cannot do too much for you.
