"This place used to have a pool and for some reason they got rid of it. The room was mostly tidy, but there was a coke bottle left behind from the previous patron and some dirt left in thr shower. My biggest objection is the bathrooms have no ventilation, which made the whole room musty at times."

"A gorgeous property just a short drive to Watkins Glen State Park. We loved the room and balcony. The staff was very friendly."

"When we checked in the person in the front desk couldn’t find our reservation and we had to wait for an another person to come in to find it. Also the room air conditioner had no knobs to adjust it and it wasn’t keeping the room cool. There was some rain that day and the parking lot was full of water. We had to wade through it to get to our room, soaking our shoes. The property itself was run down and in poor condition. Would definitely not stay there again."

"Nice setting. Just be aware if you get one of the double bed rooms the sleeping area is very small. It’s an older motel, and the walls are thin. On the plus side, the property is well maintained and right on the lake. The fire pit is great. Other rooms may be bigger, and they offer glamping. Coffee and muffins in the morning are good. If you want a bigger breakfast you will have to go elsewhere."

"Rating: 2.5–3 stars This property sits in an absolutely beautiful location with stunning views of the lake and the hills to the west. The sunsets are truly incredible, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The front yard has a lot of charm and potential, though the grass was noticeably overgrown during my stay. The experience itself was unusual. I was greeted briefly by someone who handed me the key, but after that I didn’t see a single staff member, and there’s no real reception...
