"What a beautiful place!! What beautiful people!! What fantastic meals!! I was there for 11 days. After the first couple days i mentioned to the manager that mattress was pretty worn. That evening i had a new mattress!! All the staff, including the security team, are extremely pleasant and helpful."

"The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, which was perfect. The problems were that tourists in the hallway were very loud and stuff didn't tell us in advance that using mosquito repellent incense would cost USD10.
