"What to say really, nice and welcoming, rooms are nice and presentable, good to have thing planned as they do go into the rooms to clean and so on, little mini fridges in rooms with chilled water and a small milk, kettle with tea and coffee and so on. Nice throwback to the days of B&B, Breakfast is more filling than you think, dining room is also the bar, not that we used it but looked quaint enough. Me and my son had a fantastic stay, the room was comfy and clean and location of the property is excellent, just a 2min walk to the beach with Sandcastle and Pleasure Beach also less than 10 mins walk. "You get what you pay for. Room was clean. There was a problem with my first room but I was moved with no arguments. The biggest issue I always have is inconsiderate guests who think its ok let their doors slam at 1am and let children run up and down the corridors at 7am. "
