"Hotel is situated in the downtown of Victoria Falls. Price and room facility are reasonable while the staff is reall helpful when they helped managing for local contact during my accident (ankle twist). Really appreciated their service mind and help (providing me the balm for my ankle). There is a minimart on the 1st floor so it is conveniece for you to buy something you may need. Really love staff/people there!"

"Upon walking in to the foyer it is very evident that this hotel used to be grand and glamorous. The foyer area is dated but well maintained. We had to change bedrooms three times until we found a room with an air con that worked well enough. However, the renovated room was very pleasant and the mattress comfortable. "It is not what is advertised, leaking and falling ceilings, mouldy bathrooms, dirty, smelt weird and don't know how this can be classified as a 3 star hotel.... cancelled our booking immediately and owner/management was completely unhelpful and trick you with false information. "The property is in a gated community and very quiet.The backyard is beautiful! I was the only one staying that night. It's a three bedroom, three bath house with very comfortable seating areas inside and out. Staff prepared a delicious steak dinner with fresh made fries and salad. Since I was leaving early, they prepared a breakfast to go. I would definitely stay at Sunbird Guesthouse again!"
