"Un hôtel qui a le mérite d'exister mais franchement, pour le tarif (148 €), chambre désuète, pas de clim', SdB baignoire et pas douche, avec fissures sur les murs (chambre et SdB)...accueil par le restaurant (personne à l'accueil, il fallait savoir). Chambre qui donnait sur la gare donc ne pas ouvrir les fenêtres (volets roulants cassés) pour dormir...litterie très moyenne. Bref, nous avions besoin de faire une halte lors d'un retour de voyage, pour une nuit, et heureusement pas plus. Nous...

"とても素敵なホテルでしたが、到着時間はお伝えしていたのに自転車レースをやっていて通行止めの時間で、タクシーを途中で降ろされてしまいました。あらかじめ教えていただきたかったです。下ろされた場所まで迎えをお願いしても(子供が具合が悪かったのもその前に伝えていたはずなのに)外で30分待たされました。その後買い物に行きたくても山道を降る説明をされましたが、レースのためか道がありませんでした。送迎サービスがあると良かったように思います。"

"Great location! Its just 3 min walk from lifts. They also provided parking with no additional charges. They have ski room with boot heaters. Highly recommend!"

"We were able to check in early, which was a big plus. Plenty of parking was available. Food at the restaurant was good. Communication was a bit of a challenge, since we spoke English and the staff mostly spoke French but there was a man at the bar/restaurant who spoke English. The elevator is a bit small and the winding road to drive to the hotel was a challenge but the place is beautiful up in the mountains."
