Not everything is five stars ⭐️ in this house BUT most employees like Kasindu Kiriella guy from house keeping or Hein, Sanae Habibi, Naming and Ismail from Breakfast and Dinner Service are 5 Stars ⭐️ . Not even in a western 5 Stars you will find so kind and warm people who without being told realize guests wishes and needs. They are the reason I would anytime come back to this house what I normally never do. Unfortunately there are some things which must be improved to reach the even 4 or 5 stars ⭐️ level western people are used to. At the arrival I was given a room with a dirty carpet and even the second offered room had the same issue but finally the 3rd one on 14 floor had a new carpet, cleaner windows and nice view. I must mention that the dirty carpets are being replaced by beautiful new ones and therefore this shouldn’t be a reason for you not to book the room in this house. The rooms are big, have very good beds. Unfortunately there are no German, Italian or English speaking TV movies channels and therefore the entertainment is also very law valued. There is also not a Mini-Bar in the room but just an empty refrigerator. The dinner served to guests with half board is miserable and has nothing to do with a 5 stars ⭐️ level. Apart of one evening with see food buffet I regretted to have paid for it. The dining room too has nothing to do with 5 stars ⭐️ house but at most 2 stars ⭐️ (very cold atmosphere, the tables are not covered by tablecloths, guests receive a one-page
