"Our unit was clean and easily accessible. The room was dated but clean the bed was small but comfortable. The young lady at the office was polite and gave all the information we needed when we checked in. If we needed to be in that area again we would stay there again. "

"Bloody booger on the bed sheet; had to request service. Family room located right near the bar area (no consideration) No heat at the time & remodel was rushed; the carpet had gap between floorboard and wall. "

"We had an absolutely tranquil stay here while on our road trip across the island. Our host (the manager of the inn), met our every need and the amenities of the hotel, though dated, were clean and comfortable. We were even upgraded to an ocean front view, which was lovely to wake up to. We will definitely stay here if we find ourselves in the Cowichan Bay area again."

"The only surprise was the room had a kurieg coffee machine but no coffee pods. We bought a box of pods from the local store and left two behind. gotta have coffee in the morning!"

"Overall it was a good stay for me. The facility is older and could use a remodel but the room was clean. Now this was no control of Super 8 but there was a number of customers that in their rooms that made it difficult to sleep. Other than that it was a good stay."
