"Only had a short stay, 3-4 hours but the hotel fulfilled all our needs. Quick check in and the girls on front desk were very helpful and decent in understanding and speaking english. Even had a scales for last minute checking of our luggage in the lobby."

Cons: None Our initial stay here was so great, that we decreased our time in Kyoto just to go back to the Citadines Hotel in Yokohama the following week. "

"Located in a more residential area of Shimokita while still only being a few minutes walk from the bustling Shimokitazawa station area. Quiet, rooms are nice and staff is kind and helpful. Shared lobby with a nice cafe frequented by neighborhood locals, it's a good hotel to relax at while not being far from a couple train stations and plenty to do"

"The hotel is clean modern and quiet with very comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast choices are excellent with both western and Japanese food and good coffee. Free shuttle from the airport is great, however the return shuttle to the airport only runs in the morning. Our flight home was at 10pm so we stored our luggage and took the train. The Otorii metro station is 4 minutes walk along the street for trips to other parts of Tokyo. Download and study the maps well in advance if you're going to use it though! We ate dinner at their restaurant, expensive and not have much choice on the menu but after a full day exploring we didn't want to go out again! We definitely recommend a stay here.
