"The room was ok, however the bathroom was not cleaned very well. There was hair all over the floor. The electrical outlet between the beds did not work. When we pulled the side table out to try and see if it was working, there was a used bandage and a lot of dirt/food/garbage behind the beds and side table. "

"It’s a lovely little hotel, but there isn’t great dining or nightlife around. It’s also difficult to get an uber as it’s hard to stop in front of the hotel. And the elevators are almost comically noisy. But it is clean and comfortable and cute and the staff are really nice. Just plan to have a white noise app to drown out the elevator if you are nearby. lol."

"This was a great find! The Union Hotel is a quaint boutique hotel that's within walking distance of a lot of attractions. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bed lulled me to sleep every night, and the shower was nice! When I come back to Toronto, I will stay here again."

"My husband, myself and our two children thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the holiday inn on Carlton in Toronto. The room was a bit small for four people but we worked around that. The staff were all incredibly courteous and so very helpful. The pool got lots of use. We did notice a corner of the pool had some algae but didn’t stop my kids from enjoying the opposite end multiple times through out our stay. "
