"A very charming clean pension/hotel/restaurant located in a very rural setting. Family owned and run. Too remote for business travelers, but very nice for couples or families. There was some equipment and a large lawn area for children to play. Breakfast was very adequate. The "woman of the house" spoke only a little English, but was very helpful wen we were trying to make a phone call within Germany . There was a small parking area. "

"Nice hotel in rural area of Bavaria, Germany. Clean and bright with resort features. Nice touches with environmentally conscious touches. Delicious German style breakfast. Also had snack (lunch) and dinner at hotel, all very good. Would definitely stay here again."

"Good location and close to the city centre. Free parking which is a plus. The self check in is great due to it being a 24 hour service. Overall it’s a nice place to stay. "

"As always - great warm welcome at this hotel. "Welcome Home" brought a smile to my face. Thank you. Restaurant provides really great food and the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. Much prefer to stay here than the larger hotels in Paderborn as it is also really quiet to aid a good night's sleep"

"Perfectly good place for an overnight stay. 7 mins walk from station; 10-15 to city centre. I didnt have breakfast (€12.90) as i needed to be sure of getting a fairly early train. (No wake up calls avaiable now phones have disappeared from roims.) As usual on the Continent, no kettle etc in room, though i did spot one vacated room that DID have this facility - 'premium' rate?"

"Called ahead to ask about parking and was told there was plenty. Finding a legal parking space was difficult quite far from the hotel. People were nice, easy walking to food, old and quaint but clean and comfortable."

"We left Paderborn 20 years ago so this was a chance to revisit nostalgia and spend a few days at the Christmas markets. Art Hotel was a super choice because it had thatxreal individual gaste stube feel and everythingwas as you would expect. Definitely recommended."
