"This worked out great for me. Rooms were well kept and staff was nice. Very basic breakfast (yogurt, muffins, coffee and juice) but enough to get the day started. Enjoyed the other ladies in the shared room. I was busy all day and just needed a place to sleep. Hot tub wasn’t warm at all but everything else was great"

"Room in friendly couple's house. The bed was comfortable and the hospitality great. The exterior had construction in progress (new ADU being built), but not on the days I was there. Room had it's own bathroom and the neighborhood was nice and convenient to parks and stores. Ave. cleanliness--not great (bathroom), but not bad. Reasonable, modest accommodations. Easy parking."
