"Our first time to Malta and we clearly made the right decision to stay on the West Coast for a peaceful rest, amazing beaches and outstanding customer service at the Radisson Blu. "Overall, the hotel and location exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We ate at all the restaurants on site and used both pools and the private beach area. "I stayed with my wife and daughter for one night. The location is very central, and whilst the hotel may not look very impressive from the outside, inside it is a little gem ! The rooms were spacious and well equipped, the staff very friendly and the breakfast bufet was outstanding. I would strongly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Valletta."

"Bear in mind that outside of peak (hot) season, the hotel does not allow you to control the aircon in your room! The thermostat in my room did not work during my Spring 2026 stay. Reception confirmed that the temperature is centrally controlled outside of Summer and guests cannot adjust their room aircon manually. Something I have never seen in a 5* hotel and piss poor. "The check in process for same day (booked at 3pm at airport when Airbnb canceled same day due to property issues) was delayed until after 8pm. There were places to lounge while waiting but with jet lag it was not ideal. The property itself was beautiful with a great breakfast buffet. We were able to walk to all the locations we wanted to visit."
