"Our room was beside the maid road therefore it was very LOUD with traffic from 7am - midnight And they were unable to move our room. "

"We love staying here, the seperate room for the kids is be all end all. Every amenity we need. However, it is in rough shape. The bed doesnt even hold average sized bodies and the plugs are so loose you really have to search to find one that works. The cleanliness is OK at best. That being said i still have stayed here twice and would stay again. One of our favorite hotels, the breakfast was good and the location is great. Couldnt ask for more."

"The property is nice and extremely clean and is generally in a good location for tourist activities. The main reason for 4 vs 5 stars is that this one block has vagrants outside the long term stay / rehab facility across the street and around the corner in front of Hotel Canada . Also, the depiction of the exterior and surrounding businesses does not show the true nature of what this block looks like "

"When we arrived the young gentleman booked us in was very friendly and helpful. We walked into our room and it was very spacious. The room was very cool. There is not head control in the room. The hallways were so warm that you were instantly sweating. We had booked the Suit. It had, what we believe, was a queen bed. It was the firmest beds I have every come across but it was good to sleep on. We had 4 large comfy pillows and the duvet, even though was very slim and light, was extremely warm....
