"Smart and quality fit-out of rooms. The hotel is compact and very modern. Swimming pool is small but extremely clean and a great atmosphere of its own. Breakfast has very generous options. Can't comment on evening dining options and the room service menu didn't appeal. Location is perfect for catching tram. Staff were cheerful and professional. Some could argue it doesn't have full 4-star standard but some Hilton in UK aren't a quality match for this. This doesn't have too corporate a feel if...
