"Amazing hotel. I was lost with the self-check in but the gentleman at the deck came to help. Daughter enjoyed being able to watch Netflix on the tv and controlling the rooms lights with the iPad. "

"The stay was good, the night staff very friendly and accommodating. The day staff were very friendly aswell. The room however was a bit dated with cigarette burns in the carpet which i can understand not an issue for the staff could deal with. The bed was really comfortable and the room was warm. The shower head fitting wasn't secure and wouldnt stay on the pole. The toilet seat was loose."

"Hotel was beautiful, staff were attentive & very kind, they gave us complimentary drinks vouchers as it was my husbands 60th, room was clean and the aesthetics were great however there was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom "

"We arrived and were checked in by a very helpful gentleman, nothing was too much trouble for him. Follow that with an excellent room and a huge bed all lovely and clean. We booked a meal in the restaurant and again we could not fault it, the staff were excellent and very polite. Breakfast was boffet style, but the food was continually being replenished. 10 out of 10"

( Cookies on arrival!)The property was cleaned to a high standard.Staff very polite and efficient.Restauraunt food for dinner was excellent and breakfast outstanding for quality and choice. The pool and sauna facilities were amazing.so relaxing .We would definitely recommend this hotel .So relaxing and value for money. Definitely worth a visit😊 Walking distance from central station ☺️."
