"Great location, helpful staff. Was a bit of confusion regarding the shuttle service. We were told to wait in the lobby and the driver would come in and tell us when he was ready to leave. It was 6:00 am and no one else was waiting. We saw the driver pull up and come into the hotel, go behind the desk and then come out and leave without speaking to us. Thankfully we didn't have a lot of luggage and walked to the airport. So a bit of communication would have been helpful."

En soit, cela peut arriver, on peut le comprendre, mas il y a tout de même une façon de s adresser aux clients. Il n y a pas de petit client. Ce faisant, le reste du personnel est juste incroyable, hyper...
