"Our room was clean and up to date. Beautiful views. Restaurant onsite convenient and food was good. Transportation provided all around the grounds if you wanted. Taxis available for off site adventures. Front desk people tried to persuade us to book trips for off site, which wasn’t a bad thing but they weren’t good about small important details like laundry area, fitness center. For first time travelers you don’t need to rent a car. Not even from the airport. They are everywhere."

"Let’s see initial thoughts are very lovely drive into the main facility through the golf course very picturesque very clean in the lobby area and the main pool area. Initial reaction with staff exceptionally well. I would recommending The courtesy cart. Have a little better timing with self parking guests, I could’ve gone with the valet, but I did not think it was necessary, considering the likelihood of me carrying a numerous items back to the room were slim except for one night we went...

"The Jade Mountain Resort is spectacular. My wife and I stayed in one of the sanctuary suites and it was unbelievable. The view of the Piton Mountains and Caribbean is breathtaking. The service and food is top notch. There are many activities like scuba and sailing. Fyi. there are no elevators. The resort is built on the side of a mountain. You must be able to handle a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this resort hotel. "
