"Me encantó el lugar, económico, instales accesibles y bonitas. Lo que no me gustó fue que tuvieran el bar muy lejos de la playa, tampoco había personal que te ofreciera bebidas en la playa. "The property was a good budget option if you want to be economical and want to avoid the resorts. "I had a great experience staying in this hotel. From the sunrise, the staff started cleaning the beach, sanitizing the chairs and cleaning the pool. Also, the breakfast was great with a lot of choices. The restaurant food was also great. The staff were nice and kind (could be better, I will give them a 4star). "This property was excellent. The restaurant choices were excellent and the coffee bar was so fun. The staff was so attentive. The pool and beach were so nice and it wasn’t too crowded. The roof top pool was quiet and a great view. The lagoon view was the best with the Ferris wheel and sunsets. The mall is so nice and in walking distance where they also have a dolphin show and aquarium. A great place to stay and enjoy the beach!"

"Large property! Very clean. Beautiful pools and beach. Dining options were good. Had washer dryer in our studio along with a whirlpool tub and small kitchen which was good to have in the room. We don't like adjoining rooms (as you can hear everything through the door) which we got but luckily there was nobody next door for our entire stay. "I loved the staff and the food the bartenders were amazing the only thing is that when u get picked up for excursions or transportation you have to go to the other building which can be confusing and there’s also one atm in the main building . "The 28th floor concierge Aldo was absolutely amazing, as was the 12th floor bartender Roberto. Israel at the door remembered our names and was also amazing.
