"I’ve stayed at some incredible five-star hotels in the past, but nothing compares to Hotel El Negresco. The experience was, by far, the most amazing I've ever had. I can't stop raving about the staff! Juliette and Philippe, the concierges, truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was impeccable; they are the stars of the show. They arranged a car rental for us and recommended the most incredible places to see. This trip was very important for my family, and Jerome was incredibly attentive...

"We arrived very late, almost midnight, and I was surprised that we could check in without even giving them notice of our late arrival. Services was very good, they were super friendly. That same night the lights were turned off so it was hard to walk through the hallways all dark. Room was comfortable but I would've appreciated having an extra quilt or blanket for the night. Close enough to train station and city center. Reasonable price."

"Hotel was nice. Breakfast was great we ate dinner there also which was really good. They have selft park or valet park. Only thing last day we were there we went to get car and they asked for key to get it which they had been keeping it and just out of instinct when they asked we gave them the other key so we left with one and didn't notice until a couple days later.I personally think it was their faught for asking since they already had a key.Either way they were nice enough to mail the key at...
