"첨, 도착해서 키받을때도, 어서오세요란 인사한마디없이,. 아직청소중이니 좀이따와요.. 라고말하고, 나올때 키반납하러갔을때도 전화통화하느라 인사는커녕 거들떠도 안보네요. 이렇게 불친절한곳은 처음인듯. 사진에나오는 객실은 하나뿐인 VIP객실인데, 마치 모든곳이 저런듯 사진찍어놓으셨네요. 나머지 4인 일반객실들은 작고 냄새나고 오래되어불편해요. 숙소에서 바다까지 걷는길은 인도없이 도로로 걸어야해서 위험해요 ㅠㅠ 수건도 딸랑 네개.. 침대에 누워서 자려다 기둥보고 기절할뻔.. 누워서만 보이는곳이라서인지 한번도 안닦았나봐요.. 진짜 별거다묻어있음.. 우웩.. 매트리스도 짧고 딱딱하고.. 다신 안가고싶음"

"영종도에 호텔이 많지만, 조카들과 같이 가다보니 거실이 따로 있어 놀수 있는 공간이 필요했어요. 그리고, 제가 청결에 좀 민감해서 신축이나 오픈한지 얼마 안된 가족호텔이나 펜션 선호하는데 청결면에선 아주 좋았어요. 주변 정리가 아직 안된건 알고 갔고, 예약시 중복예약이 되어 좀 당황했지만 주인분께서 다른 룸으로 나누어 해결해주셔서 일정 변경 안하고 갈수 있었습니다. 아이와 함께 가는 숙소로 추천해요."
