"The hotel was lovely with spacious guest rooms with lots of luxurious details. The room lacked practical facilities like a place to put your clothes or suitcases which meant it looked cluttered all the time. The front desk staff were pleasant when they were there but seldom were able to be helpful. We were told that none of the restaurants on the property were open despite their posted hours, there was no option to send out laundry and even that there were no umbrellas available to borrow...

"Great hotel next to museum and peace park but very quiet. Spacious rooms for Japan. Art Deco style. Japanese breakfast available if you want it. Rooms had robes, slippers and amazing array of toiletries and hair style equipment. Jacuzzi bath with TV! Tea and coffee making in room, fridge and safe. Excellent! "

"I had an air B&B for 5 years and I know how a place needs to look and feel. I am also an extensive traveler, for work mostly and have been around for quite a while. It is the first time for me to change hotel and ask for a refund!!! Very rundown hotel, caters to Japanese only, no English almost at all. Photos dose not represent the hotel nor the rooms.
