The staff, location and cleanliness are top notch. However, breakfast can be a time consuming affair. Plan accordingly, you would need to wait 15-20 mins for the elevator going down to the lobby, join the line waiting for breakfast (another ~15mins), once you reach the 5th floor, another 10min wait to get to the table.

The service and the people were beyond attentive and accommodating. However, the rooms are getting old, visible wear can be seen to the cabinets, carpet, flooring etc., and many rooms had a musty odor which is unacceptable for a hotel of this pricepoint. Was a visible difference since I was there in 2021, which is a shame as the people and staff were amazing.
