"Great location overlooking harbour and staff helpful and attentive. Short 400 yd walk to quayside and restaurants and bars. Also the main transport hub for ferry, bus, hop on and off buses and all sorts of seagoing boats to take you around the island. Cannot be beaten for position. The hotel is undergoing restoration and will be amazing once completed but it’s well managed and you should not be put off as the hotel still offers a wonderful 4 star experience with excellent dining and wine."

"Our room was exceptionally spacious with a mini-fridge, large comfortable bed with soft pillows. We were provided with a large TV with numerous channels, Youtube and Netflix.
