"No main restaurant open, not told before we arrived only roof top bar with limited options for food . Parking a nightmare, limited spaces round hotel. Staff need extra training in customer care . Room was very clean and comfortable and very quiet. Enjoyed our stay."

"This resort is in the perfect location on Golden Bay. We loved our time here and enjoyed the facilities including the pool and private beach. A Sea View room is a must if you want the most gorgeous views day and night. The balconies are private and spacious. The room has a small refrigerator, a microwave and basic kitchen supplies. Perfect for families!"

Pool facilities very good. Staff very helpful. Good location on coast and not too far from town centre. Would have liked wider range of items on bar menu and restaurant menu near the pool in the evening. Very good at arranging taxis from hotel but pick-up’s were less reliable."

"The location is very close to restaurants and bars. The room was clean and were made by 10 am every day. Staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The bar had great drinks. And my two favorite spaces in the Hotel are the roof top and the spa."

Unico neo è che la struttura è vecchiotta e anche alcuni corridoi interni di accesso alle camere sembrano non rinnovati, con moquette e portoncini vecchi di ingresso alle camere. Anche gli spazi esterni sono old style e manca un accesso diretto al mare. Per il resto, il personale è molto gentile ed i servizi sono ottimi."

"First of all I did enjoy my stay. The location is perfect. Close to everything. One note is that it is located on a pedestrian street so the cab has to drop you off about 2 blocks away. The street is cobblestone. The air worked great but the refrigerator wasn’t working and the blow dryer is not strong enough Rooms are a little small but clean. I did enjoy my stay though"
