"Hotel rooms are much smaller compared to their regular hotels considering its a "express" hotel. Is good for 1 person to max 2 people. Overall Check in time was too much and it was frustrating. Apparently the check in process is very slow. The check in time was 3pm still the room wasn't ready so even after completing the check in formalities at front desk/ check in counter, still had to wait for 20-25 mins before I could go to the room as it was getting ready. "We stayed in Vivanta to attend a local wedding. Cannot fault the hotel and the staff. They were extremely hospitable, catered to all our needs at odd hours, were of great help when my son got sick in the middle of the night, gave me late check out on request. Chaitanya was very helpful, thanks."

"The hotel staff is highly unaccommodating and unfriendly. They lack basic common sense and logical reasoning. The customer experience as a result of hotel staffs in sensitivity is horrendous. If they continue in this fashion, I don’t see this hotel has a future in the next few years, we had a horrible, horrible check-in experienceand the hotel staff just lacks empathy and basic understanding of hotel management. "
