He told the staff when we check in that we not paid to him whether we have 50% paid in advance as he requested and he said he don’t care the guest perception. It very bad impression. "Cheap but not that great. Bed hard and up on a platform you had to crawl up to. Bathroom wet and not very nice. Did not eat as the hotel orders food to be delivered from another resort. "Very much enjoyed our stay. We were in the area doing a tour of the national park. The deluxe jacuzzi room was spacious and comfortable although the jacuzzi didn’t have very hot water. Meals at Nabi Cafe were excellent and inexpensive. Be warned though, they’re very spicy. English isn’t very widely spoken so google translate came in really handy. "The staff made the stay enjoyable - courteous, professional, kind, attentive...everything. Breakfast (Western and Thai) were delicious. The room and facilities were clean, comfortable and breathtakingly serene. Since the hotel is in Cha-Am and not Hua Hin, finding a variety of foods (outside of hotel) would be a bit of a task for some. Overall, I love it here."

Quiet hideaway for a few days

"Beautiful location on the riverside. Well kept grounds. Very pretty. Mainly Thai resort but that’s good. My only gripe is the time it takes from ordering dinner in the restaurant to it arriving at the table. I suggest you choose your food for a given time then sit by the river with a drink of your choice then move to table at the time you stated. Everything else was spot on. "

A lovely resort

"This is a lovely quiet resort that is well maintained with very friendly helpful staff. We loved the wood buildings and workmanship. The pool is wonderful. The grounds are well groomed. The location on the water is beautiful. We saw a lot of birds, even a couple of hornbills. The restaurant and coffee shop are good as well. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner and WiFi worked well. We are happy with our choice to spend a few days here "

Great place to relax and make memories

"The Regent Cha-am Beach resort was a very comfortable stay in January 2025. We booked to stay for a wedding held in the grounds. The staff were very helpful and arranged cars, helped us book a fabulous cooking class and were happy to help with everything. The interior is a little tired and sadly the spa was not open. The wedding ceremony area and reception was well prepared by the staff and everything looked fabulous. Over our 5 night stay, the food was very good and our experience overall was great. "
