"My best friend and i stayed at this hotel to celebrate our 40th birthdays in Phuket. The hotel is beautiful and they have great staff and services all around. The shuttle is very convenient and cheap, Patong beach and Patong city are both close by. But what makes this hotel and experience far above any other stay anywhere else comes down to one single person, Pond. Pond is the executive secretary and is by far one of the best people we've ever met. We have traveled all over the world ans no one shines Pond. We met her on our first morning there while having breakfast at the Latitude restaurant at the hotel. She instantly greeted us with a smile and warm kindness. She chatted with us and gave us recommendations on things to do around the island. We asked her about one specific breakfast bread we loved a pervious morning and she instandly had the kitchen make it fresh for us! She would always bring us our morning coffees, had to go cups ready to go for us with our favorite iced tea, and even had our favorite breakfast bread ready for us on our final morning. She waited for us at check out and walked us to our taxi. While we loved every part of our 5 days in Phuket, we loved Pond even more. We will truly miss Pond, the rest of the kind staff, at this hotel even more than the rest of beautiful Thailand. This was the trip of a lifetime for us ao far and Pond was the shining star in it all. Whenever we return to Phuket, we will return to this hotel and to Pond. "

"Keemala was a spectacular experience. There are different types of rooms for different types of feels, we stayed in the "clay houses" and they were amazing. The rooms, and bathroom alone, were hard to leave because they were so luxurious. There's a personal pool at each residence if you don't want to go to the large communal one. The food at the restaurant they have was delicious at every meal of the day and there are great views of the city while you enjoy deliciousness. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy all there was, so yet and stay 2 nights Everything was very serene and you really feel pampered from the moment you show up. "

Some areas need a tiny bit of restoration love (floors as you enter the dining area) amd tile coming off on the in-pool chairs and the big fans in the lobby are not attractive if you are looking for a “complete vibe” but those are unimportant notes compared to the overall experience of staying there. Lovely staff and surroundings - gardens are exquisite and food is sooo good! Definitely book casa boho at the top of the hill Nearby to loads of fun attractions and not far from Phuket "

"The property was beautiful. Quiet beach, and awesome pool. We did an all inclusive option. It was ok. We were expecting more like a Mexico/Caribbean type of all inclusive. We were only allowed to choose from a smaller menu for food and drinks. We aren’t major foodies, and we went off site for some meals as well, so it wasn’t a show stopper, just something to be aware of, for others. It was our first time in Thailand and we have been sad about leaving ever since we left. Wonderful property all in all, and definitely hope to visit again. Peaceful and quiet, yet only a short tuk tuk ride to the action of Patong Beach! "

"Everyone on staff were soooooooo nice! I loved this stay!!!! I will say, the crowd was older than I expected it to be, I felt like one of the youngest people on the property, and I’m in my mid-30s! Overall, would stay again. Shoutout to Celyn who helped me with check-in!"
