"Yhis hotel has amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. It is right on Lydgate Beach. Two nice pools but no kids pool so kids are all around the pool. If you are looking for peace and quiet at the pool forget about it. They have a nice restaurant and a great tiki bar outside. There are no balconies where you can sit unless you are on the 1st floor by the pool. They have little to no privacy. They clean your room every 3rd day not every day. The fire show is absolutely great but expensive. Everything...

"We booked a beachfront room. Wonderful views and perfect for our stay. Room was fully equipped with all amenities we needed: kitchen fully stocked including coffee, laundry pods, and bathroom amenities. But the room was dirty, carpet area had sand and corners had dust and dirt. Our grandchild kept picking up stuff off the floor and putting it in his mouth. Also check-in is at 3 pm but when we arrived at 3, the room was not ready. They said it was being cleaned and they must have rushed it...
