"It’s a small little hotel right on the beach. The views of the ocean are amazing. They have free continental breakfast and the pool is nice. Would be prefect if they had a hot tub. There is a restaurant onsite that opens for dinner. Food was good. There’s plenty of shopping nearby. Safeway is across the street and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is literally next to the hotel and the pool area is very pretty and well maintained. Nice lush greenery with nice palm...

We didn't quite change over to the time zone and she was such a delight in the early morning hours, even grabbing coffee for me before Normal Cafe hours . "lovely peaceful old world place. Beautiful grounds. If you are looking for the antithesis of the high rise tourist hotel, this is it! The black sand beach is great for walking or riding horseback, but not swimable. ( the pool is popular) We loved sitting on our porch in the morning looking at the ocean hearing the birds.
