Economy room was small as expected but had all as described.Good breakfast.lovely roof top bar and terrace where we ate in evening, unsure where the French/ Italian restaurant mentioned in description was. Helpful staff very friendly. Be aware if raining or snowing!! They can't get taxis for you, but you can grab an Uber. Very happy with the hotel. The location I personally wasn't keen on as you had to walk past a number of Adult clubs and hotels. It was about 15 mins to the Shinjuku underground station and 3D cat."

"Limousine bus to the airport was an unexpected plus. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Location was very convenient, close to Shinjuku station, but far enough away to not be overwhelmed by that station. Smaller stations were also a short walk away."

"This place was so luxurious but for an affordable price. The breakfast buffet was worth every penny. They have multiple onsite restaurants. Just know they close around 8:30 or 9 pm. The rooms were fantastic. The only issues were the beds were very hard and the elevator doors don't seem to have sensors. They close very fast and they closed on me and other people multiple times so you basically have to jump on to make it. "

"Clean hotel about a 12 minute walk to Shinjuku Train Station South Exit. There is an underground safe walking route if it's raining outside. The breakfast buffet at either the 25floor or at the annex is very good and worth the price. There are 2 convenience stores and other restaurants onsite. The Metropolitance Government Building is 1 block away with an outstanding 360 view of Tokyo and it's FREE! At night, there is a nice light show of the government building that's nice to see from the hotel room. "

" I had an excellent experience. The hotel is located in a great location, close to many attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of delicious food. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. "
