"The staff was kind and friendly and the overwater bungalow we stayed in was dreamy. You get a perfect view of sunsets over the bay every night. Bathroom including shower was modern and convenient. Restaurant is really high quality and beautiful. Amazing time!"

"Si le personnel est très agréable, l’hotel devrait envisager d’importants progrès s’il veut rivaliser avec certains nouveaux hôtels de Labuan Bajo qui sont magnifiques. Il est à mon avis un peu dépassé, la restauration est plus que moyenne pour un prix élevé et il n’y a aucune ambiance. "We enjoyed our stay at Sudamala. We had a garden room which was quite good, but fairly plain inside, with a small verandah outside, It was comfortable and quiet. Breakfasts were OK, the cooked options sometimes did not go well together. The Bar and restaurant were good if a little pricey. The standout part for me was the really excellent massage i received. "Had a great stay at the Jayakarta hotel. It is a lovely hotel, very clean, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly. Check in was fast. They upgraded me to sea view free of cost which was very kind of them. Room was very spacious and also the bathroom. They have room service. The food was good, a bit pricey. The pool area was great. They extended my check out to an extra half an hr due to my flight in the evening which I really appreciated. Free pick up and drop off shuttle included. "

"I liked that we had an interior room and could not hear 0430 prayers. The pool took our breath away. Food at the pool was good. At breakfast they should pay more attention to when items are gone. I left some trays open on a few different days so they could see they were empty and they just closed them. "

"This place is a bit far from the touristy areas, so you will need to use a grab bike to get around. If it’s not too hot, you can also walk. Staff was friendly, rooms were super clean and no frills. I’d stay here again, for sure (though don’t k ow when)"

"The property is right on the beach with an amazing view from the bungalows. The food is good and staff are helpful. We had a good time of swimming, snorkelling and take on the views. Guests should have good mobility to go up and down the stairs to/from the bungalows, but the views are worth it."

But when I enter to the room, I saw 3 bad things. 1st the sink had a quire big fracture. 2nd the toilet was very terrible. 3rd I saw a blood stain on the blanket. So I informed the receiptionis all about the bad things. The receiptionis told me to change the room. Finally, I got the news proper room. "
