"Personnel super accueillant! L'hôtel est situé tout près du tramway T1, qui vous amène tout près du centro storico et de la station S. Maria-novella. Endroit convivial, petit déjeuner international de bonne qualité, il y a même une petite cuisinette commune où préparer des repas légers. Ils ont gardé nos bagages en consigne dans frais durant les 3 jours où nous étions à La Spezia. Endroit chaudement recommandé."

"The hotel is close to the train station to 5 Terre and the room was spacious and clean. Staff was very welcoming and greeted us with a bottle of wine. The check in has restrictive hours and the building is not a hotel but an apartment building. Definitely overpriced for the area and amenities."

Wifi is fast. You can also leave your luggage if you want to travel more in nearby areas. Definitely recommend this place for stay"

"I can not recommend this place enough. I travelled solo and was so reassured by the instructions and kindness of Tania the host. Check in was easy and my room was beautiful. It’s right on the Main Street and easy to get to everywhere from. Breakfast is included in a nice place up the street and it was extremely clean and well looked after. Tania even let me leave my bag in the secure common area for no extra charge so I could explore in comfort on my day of leaving. I would recommend 6th land to...

"Chambre dans un immeuble propre et très proche de la gare. La personne qui s'occupe de l'hébergement est très serviable et a donné de bons conseils pour la visite des 5 terre. Tres réactif pour répondre aux questions avant notre arrivée. Nous avons pu avoir un garage en plus pour stationner la voiture en sécurité. Les volets laissent passer la lumière donc on peut être réveillé tot le matin et la chambre donne sur les trains mais nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit."

"Staying at this property was one of the few occassions that we felt we're staying at our best friends' home rather than a hotel. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood on a hill with beautiful view of the harbor. The room is supper clean, comfortable, with access to a spacious and well equipped dining space.
