They advertise a rate on expedia and when you book and turn up they tell you that type of room isnt available and send you to another branch of thier hotel. While i didnt get a chance to see the hotel itself please be warned that if you book a basic room online you are likely to be told that room isnt available and forced to either upgrade to room that costs double the price you booked or be relegated to another hotel

I don’t know whom mistake it was, presken or Expedia, but despite the e-mail confirmation i received, the hôtel was full and i had to find another one. So disappointed. And a disappointed customer is a lost customer, for presken and expedia both
Hotels com’a verdikleri fiyati kabul etmeyip konaklama boyunca bizimle tartistilar. Tam iki kati ucret talep ettiler. Bu kadar kotu bir servis gormedim.
I got to the hotel. They said that all rooms booked. I asked them to refund me online. They said system is down. I followed up but still haven’t received refund. The property said that they don’t even monitor online reservations.
