We came in at 830pm. No one at desk. No one to greet us. Place seemed like a ghost town of a lobby. We walked arounf for 10-15 minutes trying to find someone. Eventually someone came. I ordered a double room. They had none available. They said we will upgrade you to a suite with a ling size at no extra harge but you must pay a $4 cleaning fee. Shouldnt that be part of the room charge. The room inadequate. Maybe 4 sockets for power. No usb connections. Very dimly lit. The carpet is old, we didnt dare walk barefoot. The furniture looked like something from a thrift store. Extension chords everywhere. The front window had tint that was peeling off and bubbling. The room was big but was no suite.we stayed for 2 nites for a family wedding. Coming back from wedding its late at night. Go up to room and the keycard doesnt work..im tired,, its late and i have to go back down to the lobby to get someone to fix the card. Seriously!!!!
The parking lot area had questionable folks walking around. And the parking lot was full.of potholes. There is some renovations going on but this place needs to shutdown and spend a month on fixing and upgrading things. Quality Inn shoukd rip the name off of the building. It was not quality whatsoever. I will.never stay there again.
